How long does shipping take?
It depends on your country and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated times are shown before you finalize the purchase.

- Express shipping: 5-10 business days (international, tracked)

How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with the tracking code once the order ships. Track in real time through the carrier's website.

Returns & refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Contact contato@loja.com.br to initiate the return. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
