Is there a warranty?

Yes — we offer a 3-month manufacturing warranty against defects. To claim, email contato@loja.com.br with photos of the issue.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on your country and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated times are shown before you finalize the purchase.

• Standard shipping: 10-20 business days (international)
• Express shipping: 5-10 business days (international, tracked)

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an email with the tracking code once the order ships. Track in real time through the carrier's website.

Can I cancel my order?

Returns & refunds

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Contact contato@loja.com.br to initiate the return. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
